Sigh – it is not DB-50. It is not DB family at all. The pinouts are unchanged from SCSI-1 for 8 bit SCSI. Note that 1-25 are on one side of the connector and 26-50 are on the other just like with standard SCSI-1 edge connectors. {@_@}

Well it's VERY similar to a DB connector, and all of the SCSI-II to SCSI-I cables I've seen in the magazine's list it as a high density DB-50 connector. But technically, you are probably right.
