but what about that "CD Audio connection?" Don't I need to connect the CDrom
to my soundcard to get noise out of the speakers? ::confusion:: The pictures of
internal drives all look like they have an earphones jack on the front…is
there something inside that will plug somewhere?? Maybe I should just buy one
at CompUSA so I can return it easy… Why does this seem so difficult?

Bob, I'll go out on a limb here and say ALL if not most CD drives and have an
AUDIO out connector in the back of the drive.
Why not just go and take a physical look at one of these beasts, it may answer
any further questions.
