It'll be almost a miracle if you manage to find out which jumpers to set, in
the absence of any documentation. I found myself in the same position and in
the end had to spend a few $ on a new card just so I got the specs.
FYI, LPT1 always uses IRQ 7, it's not alterable as far as I know. To use IRQ 5
you'll need to configure the port to be LPT2.
Hope you're lucky and someone recognises your card, but there are so many of
them that I personally would be too hopeful.
