I know I probably sound like a whiner <g>…. But could you please go back to adding the "sushi" section of goodies on your discs? I, and everyone I know, felt this and the Info-Mac sections were one of the best things about Nautilus. And now they are both gone!! BTW, no one here in Japan (that I know of) has received their June disc yet. Has it shipped? Have you straightened out internal problems with international mailings? Thanks for sending your message on CompuServe. I am checking with our Mac editor regarding the Sushi and Info-Mac sections and will have an answer for you the beginning of next week. As for the June disc, it has been shipped. You will receive your Nautilus disc within approximately 10 to 14 business days. Non-receipt of Nautilus issues has been attributed to Japanese postal delivery problems. We are currently repressing and resending discs to all of our Japanese subscribers. We deeply regret the delay and any inconvenience this may have caused. It's always good to hear from you Jim. Thanks for your patience and for being a Nautilus subscriber. We value your business. Karin, Thanks for your prompt response. It was also nice to see that you have been sending responses to my e-mail address as well, since I don't check in here as often. RE:<<Non-receipt of Nautilus issues has been attributed to Japanese postal delivery problems.>> I hate to tell you this Karin, but someone's lying to you. The Japanese postal delivery system is one of the best in the world, far better than the US. I have never had a disc from Nautilus take more than 6 days (usually 4-5) to arrive from your distribution point in Dublin Ohio. In fact, the May 1993 disc was postmarked June 10 in Dublin Ohio and I received it in Kobe Japan on June 15. OTOH, the month before (April 93 or volume 4~4) was the FIRST (nd I hope only) time that the disc was sent by bulk mailing via Hong Kong through a mail discounter called TNT Mailfast (return TST Box 99804 Hong Kong). They have a reputation for losing and delayed delivery of parcels, so beware! RE: <<I am checking with our Mac editor regarding the Sushi and Info-Mac sections and will have an answer for you the beginning of next week.>> It would be great if you could put those back in! The consensus among the Nautilus members that I know in Japan is that this was one of the best parts of the publication. I know you are TRYING to do a good job and I can tell by your tone that you WANT to give good service, and I appreciate it. I hope these problems of the last few months are but a minor glitch in an otherwise very good record. One member has attributed it to your "new" management that took over this year. If that's the case, I hope you are sending them copies of our coorespondance:-) Cheers, Jim Reppond
