Hi I was wondering if there is there is a hot key combination in the CLI to "retype" the last command line like the "F3" idea in MS-DOS on the PC? Thanks for your help! John PS, is there a book or FAQ file on hotkey combinations available? Thanks.

JD >>I was wondering if there is there is a hot key combination in the CLI to "retype" the last command line like the "F3" idea in MS-DOS on the PC?<< If you have AmigaDOS 2.0, 2.1,or 3.0, I believe all you need to do is use the 'arrow' keys. From the CLI,you cand scroll up & down through a list of entered commands, by simply pressing the 'up-arrow', or 'down-arrow', located beloew the DEL and HELP keys. Ron. – ap'ing with AP. John, Yes…the up and down arrow keys will scroll thru the last X number of commands. You can edit the command lines and re-execute them no matter where the cursor is on the command line. Use left and right arrow keys to move the cursor for editiing, you'll be in insert mode. The DEL and BS keys work as expected. Don
