The reason that there isn't a patch is the way the new version was done. It's kind of two separate programs on one disk. It's not as if you can install as class 1 then "switch" to class 2. You would need to reinstall from the oringal disk and install the "other" version. This prevents the creation of a patch from the older separate class 1/2 versions. Alex – Supra Technical services

By "upgradable" I meant that you could by an upgrade, not that you could apply a patch. My message was that I was pretty sure that the upgrade is licensed for sale by Supra. I know that it is not a patch but a new disk. That is irrelevant to whether Supra is licensed to provide it. Since you work at Supra, why not answer the question: Does Supra choose to sell upgrades to the latest version and/or new copies of the latest version? If not, why not? — Dale L.
