Michael, LHA138.RUN in lib 16 of AmigaUser will pack and unpack .LZH and .LHA archives. It is, itself, a self-extracting archive.

You're looking for LHARC. That program, and many other compression programs are available in the Archivers/Crunchers library of AmigaUser.
