John, I have been off CIS for some time. I mainly use GEnie. However I will be on more often now that you will have your own Forum. I am using SCALA MM210. Cannot yet justify the hefty #200(British pounds) to upgrade to MM300. One question: will the support offered here be applicable to European users? i.e. those with PAL systems. -=<<<<<< Delivered by Co-Pilot v. 1.4 >>>>>>===-Andrew Letchford=–=UK=-

Andrew, You said and I quote, " Cannot yet justify the hefty #200(British pounds) to upgrade to MM300. One question: will the support offered here be applicable to European users? i.e. those with PAL systems." Scala comprises of several offices in the U.S., U.K., Norway, Sweden, Netherlands and Denmark. Since you are in the U.K., the office there sets policy for marketing. Therefore, I cannot comment on the price of the Scala MultiMedia MM300 upgrade. I will make an inquiry, however. Indeed, Scala technical support is available here on CIS to users worldwide. Please bare in mind that we can readily answer technical questions related to our software products, however, technical questions on PAL based peripherals will take additional time to answer. Regards, John Chang Technical Support Manager Scala, Inc.
