Hi, I just tried Crystal Flying fonts from Crystal Graphics. It's weak compared to 3D Studio except for one item; creating beveled text is a breeze. I wish I could export the beveled text as a DXF into 3D Studio. Does anyone know of a program that allows you to extrude and bevel Postrcript or True Type text and export it as a a DXF? Any advice is appreciated. Hernando

Check out TT2OBT.ZIP in DL3. It was just uploaded. Here's a description: TT2OBT.ZIP/Bin Bytes: 62711, Count: 0, 21-Jun-94 Last:**Never** Title : TrueType Converter Keywords: TRUETYPE DXF CONVERTER TT2OBT Demo =========== This Windows 3.1 software converts TT-fonts to 3d objects including all sorts of bevel generation. You can convert singel charaters, the whole character-set or compose textstrings as 3d object. The program supports following 3D-formats for output: – Highlight Object Format – DXF – POV (2.0 triangle union object) – RAW (for use with raw2pov) This is just a demo, that means it is no shareware. The software works like the full version, but it will not convert any vowels
