After I purchased my GVP Spectrum board I ordered the ImageFX 2.0 $99 upgrade.
I just received a letter from GVP saying that Nova will now handle 2.0 upgrades
(so I won't be getting it from them) but it seems GVP will still do the $19.95
deal for Image-FX-EGS. I want to take advantage of the ImageFX-EGS $19.95 deal
but I can't get through to any GVP people on the customer service line. How do
I order the $19.95 upgrade??

Customer Service is available 12:00pm to 5:00pm, Monday thru Thursday at
610-354-9495. If you are a registered Spectrum owner, you would have received
a coupon to order the ImageFX-EGS.

I did receive a coupon, I filled it out for ImageFX 2.0, GVP sent it back to me
saying they no longer handle 2.0. I guess I could scribble out the 2.0 order
information and mark off that I want ImageFX-EGS but that's a pain and it could
get confusing. It would be easier to just call in my order since I'm a
registered Spectrum owner. I try calling again.

GVP-TECH,
I just received a letter refering to the ImageFX-EGS offer. I wish to
purchase this package, so I called customer service. Unfortunately,
customer service is "closed" until July 5th. Since GVP will not be
handling ImageFX as of July 1, how does one purchase this product?
Shouldn't the letter I received have said that they would have been closed
the last week of June?
The letter does not include information on how to contact Nova Design, so
I am at a loss on how to order ImageFX-EGS.
