I seem to be having some trouble when I download messages. I'm using WINCIM.
I might select 12 message threads and it appears that all have been downloaded.
When I select the Autodesk software to view in my filing cabinet only some of
the messages are there. Any ideas

In WinCim, use the "Rebuild Cabinet Indexes" command under the Special
pulldown; that will probably fix you up. Be prepared, though; it can take
several minutes or more if you have a lot of saved messages or a slow computer.

In addition to what John said, which is what I would have said also, check to
make sure you really are not downloading the messages. Sometimes with WINCIM I
download messages and threads, but they are not placed in the order I download
them in my file cabinet. They wind up a few entries down the list!
