Those disgruntled with Oxford University Press's exorbitant price for the
CD-ROM OED will not be surprised to learn that OUP has just raised the
price of the micrographic "Compact Edition" to $325.
BTW, if anyone on this forum wants something as antique as a *paper* book,
that Compact Edition is still available for $225 from the Common Reader.
