I have a client who wants a windows screen saver of his product. Any way to do this with 3DS or Animator Studio? Can Windows use the flc or fli format for screensavers? Any ideas or comment appreciated. Paul Kakert Fresh Look Design

Hi Paul, It is very easy to include flc or fli files in a screen saver. All you need is the aaplay.dll, a *.scr file for control and the animation. I have a scr file (and the copyrights, it is not free or shareware). I use it for commercial usages here in Germany, but if you are interessted we will find a way….. oTTmar

Paul, There are a number of utilities which will play a flic file as a screen saver. Search the forum libraries for the keyword SAVER and you will see a list to choose from. -b

Hi Brian, You could try my screen saver engine in the utilities libray under the name freest.zip. It has everything you need to create great screen savers!
