I would like to know if there is a program that will merge a flic and a
scream tracker music file which is in the format of .s3m to create a exe file ?

Chris,
I am not familiar with the .s3m files. If you can convert the sound to a WAV
file, I think I have seen utilities that will combine those two formats.
