When it comes to CD-ROM drives, are the some drives out there that can read
more MB than others? I thought all CD-ROM drives read the same amount of
MB on each CD (600+- MB). The only difference being access time. Please
reply if you know. Thanks!
The older drives maybe limited to around 540 megs but all new ones now are
at least 600 megs minimum. Newer models are also signicantly faster than
the older models. You might want download the file CDROMF.ZIP this might
have more detailed information on this subject.
