I have always thought that messages with headings like this one were due to
misunderstandings in how to download but perhaps now my attitude has changed.
I have been trying to download TIMESA.ARC from DL11 for several days now
without success. I have the new version of Online! and I can download other
files in DL11 using CIS B protocall but when I try to get TIMESA.ARC either my
system locks up or CIS does because after the initial transfer of data which
puts the download information requestor up on my screen I get no more data (I
can tell by watching the modem lights). My system sends out what seems to be
data requests at approximately one second intervals but nothing else happens.
Any ideas?

George, I was able to download TIMESA.ARC sucessfully using XModem have you
tried it with XModem or only CIS B? The old Online! had problems with CIS B –
but I haven't heard of problems with the latest version.
