Anyway, I am suddenly disillusioned with the idea of a National Software
Service, since I'm _convinced_ that the tories would soon start to rattle their
sabres about "non-Canadians copying software paid for by Canadian citizens" and
looking for ways to seal the borders.
Clearly the elimination of software piracy requires a world government and the
end of the nation state.
