Thanks for your insight. My two greatest fears are that it is a printer
problem, or Textcraft. I just borrowed a friends WP called Scribble! and it did
the same thing at the top of each new letter, not to be confused with doing it
at the top of every page, which is does not do. Tonight I'll gieve your idea a
try. Another suggestion was for me to try the generic driver. Since the printer
is a mail order unit I have a limited amount of time to test it before I decide
that it is good, and time is running out. I am sure that it does have something
to do with the initialization routine, and am also working with the pridrvgen
program to try to get some success. I'll let you know what I find out!
