How do you like Folio so far.
Do you have many images along with text? If so, does it handle images okay.

Dan,
Re: Folio Views
I'm not using Folio Views for CDs (yet), but we are using it as our free
text database for fairly large text files, e.g., 12 MB, and on a 350 node
LAN, access is usually less than a second. Very impressive. We very much
like the end-user searching interface, but while the authoring portion
tends to be a bit "arcane" to learn, it is VERY powerful and we like it.
However, one of the areas which needs improvement is its somewhat limited
ability to deal with images/graphs. Right now, to view a graph, the user
has to select a "token" which loads a PCX viewer.
I'm going to Salt Lake City next week to the Folio conference, where I
expect Folio to announce a DOS upgrade and a Windows version. I assume
these will improve things.
As I think I had said before, there is now a Folio CIS forum called FOLIO
which you might want to start monitoring if your interested.

Thanks for all the information, as soon as I select which forum to delete
from my Tapcis directory, I will add Folio's.
