Other than not having it setup correctly, I really don't know.
Delete ALL files from your HD subdirectory where you keep Whap!. Then
unarc that file to the subdirectory and let it run again.
In the next 4-7 days 1.3D will be uploaded and the first registered
version will go out. A much better doc file will also be available. You may
want to wait for that instead.
