It is the tape done by Rick Rodriguez, who is nowadays answering
Inpulse's mail here. Got it yesterday; very nicely done. Couldn't stand on its
own as a complete tutorial (doesn't claim to do this), but, used with the
manual as a reference book finally demystifies the docs enough to learn the
thing. Highly recommended.
