The supplies are shipped/mailed to you (I receive shipments, both express and
regular mail, in 5 days — and I live way out here in Hawaii). The bill follows
at the end of the month (so that you normally pay for supplies AFTER they have
arrived).
I have had my Xerox 4020 for about a year-and-a-half and have been very happy
with the quality of the printed GRAPHICS (I don't use it to print TEXT).
