There is a difference between an unauthorized dealer and an authorized
dealer that closes. If you purchase an Amiga from an authorized dealer,
your machine is covered by the warranty whether that dealer stays in
business or not. At the time of purchase, that dealer was authorized to
sell the Amiga.
As in the case of dealers, the authorized service centers all all privately
owned businesses. We do not have a "factory" service center.
