Jennifer, Greg was right about the timing problems with the BBoards. Sorry I couldn't answer sooner. Dave Haynie once told me that using an accelerator on the PC side would break software like Amouse. The link is very fragile and just barely functions. There are new BIOS chips for the BBoards and there are ALSO new PAL chips for the BBoards depending on which board you have. I know the AT BBoard got something like 4 PAL chips revised. I tried a BBoard with the older chips and I had all sorts of troubles. The main one I think was janus.library couldn't load at all and the BBoard wouldn't do a thing. I finally got a dealer who called Commodore and got the newest chip revisions and part numbers and ordered a BBoard for me. I also got the part numbers from Commodore technical service so I could be sure I was getting current hardware. This BBoard works MUCH better than the first one. I can even get it to work with SetCPU FASTROM with my A2620 and that was impossible before! There are a number of timing variances between the BBoards and the Amiga sides so these new chips are definitely a help. I'd suggest you see if your dealer can get you a set of the latest BIOS chips and any PAL chips that have been changed. I believe Greg was right, I think it was Rev 3.6. It definitely sounds like a timing problem, hope we've helped some. Good luck in getting things working smoothly! Keith
