I need the addresses AND names AND phone numbers for the people in the
following departments at Commodore-Amiga:
Dealer Relations
Marketing
Sales
I regret having to bother these people, but my local dealer is unwilling to
give me the support and help I think I deserve after purchasing a $4000
system! They are rude, and do not take young customers seriously.

Michael, if they absolutely refuse to deal with you, you probably could
sue them as they have an obligation to support you. That money they made
off you was not to pay for their costs as an agent, but as a dealer. What
is the name of the dealer? I'll see if I can send off a message to the
right people through the Internet.

You might want to post your problem over in CBMSER. Dave Minnich from
Commodore Online Support is SYSOP there and checks it daily, Monday-Friday.
