I don't know whether you were offended by my reply to yours or if there has
just not been enough time for the next pass in the ARP1.3 vs A3000
kickstart thread!
I was hoping to receive the benefit of your experience with the 3000, so
please read my message to indicate that I can discuss these issues at any
level of technicality you wish.
Other than ARP, I have not had any programs which worked under the A3000
1.3 brake that worked with the standard memory amount except Access!.
Access! DOES in fact seem to randomly crash, but only very rarely. ARP
however seems to never work now that I have more RAM.
I am told that earlier A3000's were in trouble that only a replacement
(read redesigned) BUSTER chip could fix. Mine has this already, though.
I'd be happy to assist finding out what's up. ARP is being sorely
missed under 1.3 and should ARP 2.0 come out I can only assume I'd be
equally interested in making use of it.
