To whom it concerns: Having received my IPAS Dev kit, I am armed. Now I
would like to discuss the actual implemantation of the F16 Builder module
as an IXP into Video Post. I have several ideas on how I think it should
work, but I want to design it the "right" way to please everyone concerned.
With whom should I talk concerning this?

P.S. I successfully compiled the VBLUR.IXP using Watcom. I also added a
little MASM 6.0 OBJ and called a couple of masm procedures from within
"VBLUR.C". It didn't crash when I ran it! Phew!
It sounds like all you need to do is create an IXP that intercepts the
24-bit buffer at the end of every frame, and compresses it into your F16
format. What kind of options do you want to give people that are relevant
to that process?
