Making Mac files?

Is it important that the resources in the resource fork be accessed while stored on a non-Mac platform? If you are merely storing the resource fork on another platform, and later bringing it back to the Mac, then MacBinary, AppleSingle, or AppleDouble might solve the problem for you. Reading the contents of a resource fork _while_ it's stored on non-Mac platform will not be a simple undertaking, but certainly not impossible. Knowing what you intend to do, will allow us to make better suggestions. Dave Newman Read action !re Enter reply.
