I'm familiar with the concept of "pure" programs, but I could nevr have
expalained it as elequently as you have. I guess pure programs could be
used in networking environments but I may be oversimplifying the situation.
In any case, Amiga applications such as databases, accounting programs,
word processors, graphics programs, any program that would be a candidate
for two workstations to access the program at one time, would need to be
made pure. Then you would have pure programs (one that would be
networkable) and other programs (which would not be ideal for multiuser
situations). Such a situation would not be entirely dissimilar to the IBM
world, where you pay extra for network programs…
