I MUST be doing something wrong, right? "Snap to Grid" doesn't seem to work! I'm using the FP version of Imagine 1.1. I've tried all sorts of variations: toggled "Lock" on, picked object, moved it, then selected "Snap to Grid", then "Redraw Screen" but my object remains in the middle of the grid, it's axis definitely NOT lined up with any grid marks (I set grid size to 200 just to try to force it to do something!) Oh, this is the DETAIL EDITOR I'm talking about here. Any help would be welcome! -Roger

roger, my experience has been that snap to grid works fine if you specify it before you start laying your points down. After an objects created the only way I've found to make use of it is to drag each point to a grid intersection, where it will "snap" to it and stay. Not very useful if your object has a lot of points. David

David, Thanks for your confirming my experience: that "Snap-to-Grid" really doesn't work the way you'd expect. Too bad . . . Roger
