Have you discussed this with your printer? My experience is that printers
wouldn't want this kind of signature. It is better for them to have printer
spreads, where the two pages that come out side by side are on opposite
sides of the fold in the final book. For that, you can use Make Booklet.

3: 8 x 11.5 x 11 page. We hand them a stack of two-up printed pages,
