Andy, I checked and I am using a standard IBM cable, which the dealer
insists Commodore told him was ok to use. The Okimate 20 doesn't use pin
14 for anything special anyways. Anyways, what I found out was that if one
uses the generic printer type on the A500/2000 WB disk, then the Okimate 20
problems go away… (of course you can't underline, italics, etc). That
would seem to indicate less and less a cable problem. To sum up, The
Okimate_20 printer type is ok on old WB (Enhancer), does not work properly
on new WB iregardless of what printer driver is on the WB disk. The
generic printer type seems to work ok on both WB disks. Thanks for your
