downloading problems

I am having problems with downloading files frim libraries. I am using NComm2.0 and an AMIGA 500 Sometimes the download works just fine, but most often there appear only strange character on my terminal. I have tried most protocols with the same problem. ??? – Alberto Mazzetto –

Lately there have been a LOT of people having problems — the common theme is NComm. I'd highly suggest you give another term program a try.

Alberto, Without hearing more of the details of your problem (protocol selected, serial configuration…etc) it's is difficult to diagnose your problem. You might try to get the XPRBPlus.lha file and maybe switch to Term 2.2B. I've had excellent results with it. Check to be sure you are using QB+ protocol (quick B plus). Good luck, Rodger
