DICE is Dice C, currently a product of Matt Dillon.

DICE is Dillon's Integrated C Environment. It is a freeware/shareware C development system for the Amiga. It has a lot of nice Amiga specific features such as Auto open libraries, dynamic stack extensions, and AutoInit/Autoexit code.
