Can anyone help with the following problem?
One of our artists recently ungraded to a Video 7 WIN.PRO vesa 24 bit graphics
card. He was running Ani Pro 1.0 with no problems. Yesterday I upgraded him to
Ani Pro 1.3 and when he goes to SETTINGS and then SCREEN SIZE and chooses a
resolution greater than 320×200, Ani Pro crashes out to DOS with ABNORMAL
PROGRAM TERMINATION: PAGE FAULT
CS:EIP=000Ch:000B1E98h
The WIN.PRO card has its Vesa driver built into the card, and works fine with
the likes of 3D Studio 2.01, etc. I downgraded him back to Ani Pro 1.0 and it
doesn't crash. Has anyone else experienced a similar problem, and do Autodesk
have a fix for this crash bug???
Thanks

Gary,
The Abnormal Program termination error means there was a memory conflict
occuring at some point, most likely with the VESA driver. Is there a way to
load the VESA driver from the video card into a different address? That would
most likely solve your problem.
