I suspect this is redundant, but the quick answer is: You send it
to a mastering house, along with a check for about $1500 and they send you
back 100 CDs in about 2 weeks. (Additional copies are maybe $2.50 each)
It's not quite that simple, but very close. You need to be a little
careful in your application so you don't exceed the transfer rate of the
CD, and make sure it doesn't do something dumb like insist on trying to put
scratch files in the program directory, but to a first approximation, if
you can run it off a hard disk, you can put it on a CDROM.

If I read her request right she only wanted a few copies. For that sized
quantity she can get them burned from several venders for much less than
the amount you quoted.
