rachel – how's going… I switched the thread over in courtesy to those who
would like to keep "what's new" relevant to their interests. Actually Take 5 is
an appropriate place for these philosophical discussions and glad to see you've
joined in. I read your article in 3D artist about "the suit people".
Congratulations! So how are the "suit people" doing, and how are things with
you? I take it you identified with the butterfly analogy. Unfortuneatly, it is
not original, the first time I read it, in the book Chaos, by James Gleick, (I
think), and most recently it was used in the movie Jurassic Park. So what are
you working on these days, are you going to Siggraph? -JE
i will be at Siggraph, how is everybody going to find evrybody? are you staying
up here or driving. can't imagine what its like. wish Ana could come,so we
could meet the "animations group"
not going to have a booth for the little people. Still exhausted from the
A/E/C-and there are alot of orders post convention, its busy here what else
– the next set, college students is going to the printer, and i had to send
pre-release sets YIKES exciting no(g)? not much of a life now, these little
vertice faces are not very good conversationalists-as much as i love them, its
been so nice to eavesdrop on all the interesting thinking here.
i rented this goofy old Jonathan Demme film last nite called Something Wild.

number i tried to call you about a month ago,there was some anim teaching or
film job or something that reminded me of you I didn't see juraissic yet hope
all goes well
rachel – Everthing is fine, finally bought an EVO which among other things is
keeping me busy. Missed our last 3DS user group meeting, when is your next one,
thought I might attend. Don't know how people are meeting but as the date draws
near, we can coordinate. I'm sorry Ana cannot be here as well, she would add
alot to the festivities. Glad to hear things busy even if the little guys
aren't real talkative. I liked Jurassic Park but people who read the book and
others found it a dissappointment. I enjoy Speilberg even though he's not the
most elightening, he knows his craft and I thought his production particularly
well executed. And this work actually had a socially relevant message. (I
wonder if Martin K. will get on my case about this one?) His scenic shots were
a marvel. And the Meta Ball dinosaurs were awesome. -JE
