Note that CELs can be single images or animations. A CEL is basically a
(usually) small FLiC, though it can be full screen and hundreds if not
thousands of frames. If it is an animation, y9ou will probably want to convert
it to a FLiC by loading it as a background in 3DS2 and rendering (sans
geometry) to a .FLC. But you need to know how many frames it has, and to the
best of my knowledge there's no easy way to tell. Video Post, the only part of
3DS2 which can count frames automatically for you, doesn't accept .CELls.
