to write to him. I suggest that you make the same points that you made in
this message thread. Please be as specific as possible. Lay out a
step-by-step plan for accomplishing your goals. A broad, fuzzy approach
will just get you a "cockroach" letter. A plan with realistic time and
budget estimates will get better consideration.
