I got it from the MicroSoft Developer's CD, then downloaded the update from
CIS. You could probably download the thing in the ORDER section. There are
some problems with it, however. I'm using MacCIM to see your section — WinCIM
doesn't properly update forum info when new sections are added. I looked in
the WinCIM Support forum, and another sysop was complaining about the same
thing with both WinCIM and Navigator.
