PC/LAN Help Desk Support — declared parent_msg_num=(none), resolved parent_id points to #(none)
I need help in trying to find a CDROM based expert database that would support
answering general PC questions, Novell Netware questions, and Microsoft Windows
questions. This would support our help desk where we try to help users who
phone in with a variety of questions relating to using the technology.
Alternately the users could access the database directly.
If nothing like that yet exists it sure seems like there would be a significant
market for such a product.
