Well, before going away for the holidays I tried all different combinations of
DMA and IRQs, as well as the polling driver, and I'm still having problems
reading CDs. If the lab folks come up with anything else, let us know if it is
not a problem…
I'm at my last straw….. I did have SuperStor on the drive but took the driver
out to make the CDROM drive ":D". Now I'm wondering if I don't have to
reformat the disk to remove the compacted disk. Perhaps something is still
pointing the disk reads to the old compressed disk ":D" and finding nothing.
So here goes……….
