We currently have a lot of MS-Word forms (aroud 3,500) that are planning to put into a CD-Rom to be used by PC/Windows and MAC workstations. We are looking for a CD-retrieval software that can accomplish the following: 1. Display a list of the available files on the CD 2. Have the ability to search for the form titles 3. Launch MS-Word in order to open and process the required form This software must have the ability to run on MAC and PCs. We prefer to write our CD-Rom on the PC using the Philips CDD-521 CD recorder. Any suggestion will be appreciated. /Dhia

Dhia, FOLIO Views 3.0 would meet all your requirement now, except for the ability to run on the Mac, and that will happen later this year. This version of the software is designed with publishing on CD-ROM in mind, and has an awfully lot of good features and tools. I'm getting into it quite deeply now, since I'm a reseller and plan to become a certified consultant within a few months. If you have any questions about it, I'll be glad to help. Or you might ask the sysops on the FOLIO forum. Kathy Cochrane [GO ONEOFF]
