FOLIO Views 3.0 would meet all your requirement now, except for the ability to
run on the Mac, and that will happen later this year. This version of the
software is designed with publishing on CD-ROM in mind, and has an awfully lot
of good features and tools. I'm getting into it quite deeply now, since I'm a
reseller and plan to become a certified consultant within a few months. If you
have any questions about it, I'll be glad to help. Or you might ask the sysops
on the FOLIO forum.
