NEC CDR-84-1 Flakey! — declared parent_msg_num=(none), resolved parent_id points to #(none)
I am working with a client who purchased as a second choice the NEC 84-1. We
have had nothing but trouble. Some of our window CDROM applications will not
function with the NEC. The software Rep stated there is a problem with the NEC
drivers and Windows. This seems to be true in that we substituted an older
driver (NON PHOTO-CD) and it worked for a time. Does NEC plan on a Fix for
their drivers? ( the version we have is dated around 2/2/93.)
