Help! (and also hi..!) I'm looking for a business graphic library to program in C or C++ on the Mac. Professionnal level of course, able to display and print the usual types of business graphs (bar, pie, line, scatter, etc…) as well as lower level items such as lines, rectangles, and text. The library would also need to save files int the PICT (vector) format, and ideally would not require 3rd party frameworks such as Mac App. Can anyone direct me towards such a beast? TIA, Stephane, calling from Paris, France.

Quickdraw will do all your text, rectangles etc like a dream, and bar graphs…well, you *could* write your own routine…

Simon, That's precisely what I'd like to avoid… A charting package is _not_ a small set of routine if it's to be done properly! I'm involved in a cross platform development, and while this kind of tools exists in the Win31 world, I don't seem to find them on the System 7..? QuickDraw is _definitely_ too low level for what we want… ideally simply pass a set of parameters or even a file handle to a routine, and presto, here's the resizable, printable, savable graph on screen… Stephane
