#Capturing descriptions

Is there a way to capture (using WINCIM) the descriptions of the items? (not the GIF itself, for example, but the description of the GIF).

Ed, there is usually a catalog file which contains a description of everything in the library or section. That would be the file to download and browse at your leisure.
