Does anyone know who is the author of XPRZModem v2.6, as found in:

If the author of v2.6 is identified anywhere in this archive — I sure
couldn't find it. In addition, while it would do downloads — I sure couldn't
get it to upload — at all.
Consequently, I really would like to know (1) if it is an authorized
distribution and/or a valid version and (2) has anyone else been able to
successfully use it??
