I am using an NTSC converter box to make videotapes off my pc. I would like to
use Flitape for more control over the final output. I've located and renamed my
Diamond Stealth video card
exp file to adirend.exp, but flitape will not run without vtpadi.exe as well.
Since I'm using a box and not a card, I don't have any video recording device
controller that I can specify.
Obviously Flitape wasn't created to work with NTSC boxes, but is there any way
around this? I would really like to use it for my recordings. Thanks.

Sorry, no. FLITAPE is designed to work with a VTR that is capable of single
frame animation/recording. It is not so much the NTSC box that is the problem,
but the fact that you have no control over your video tape deck. You need a VTR
capable of recording single frame (step-frame) animation, and a controller to
go with it.

A frame accurate VTR designed to record computer animations is the Sanyo
GVR-S950 at about $2500. It includes all the amenities necessary to video
tape, frame at a time, FLC files.
