How to I exchange drawings between AutoCAD and Micrografix Designer? Between AutoCAD and Adobe Illustrator? (I assume the answer is the same in both cases.) I use ACAD, one of my customers uses Designer, my company's designers use Illustrator. We need to maintain the vector nature of drawings in each case for future updates at whatever site does the illustrations. IE: Exporting to Windows bitmap formats won't work. I don't know that the other two packages take DXF files. Unfortunately, I have no documentation for Designer or Illustrator and the parties who use them are not familiar with file types such as DXF. Thank you

Abby… Try to do a copy vector…fire up the clipboard viewer… save the file as a .CLP file and send to your client. They should be able to recall in clipboard and past into their application. Roger C.
